What's Included
- Lettering: Up to 3 characters (initials or a short name)
- Font styles: Classic Block, Serif Elegant, and Script Cursive
- Placement options: Front panel, luggage tag (where applicable), or interior label patch
- Ink finishes: Natural (raw deboss), Gold foil, or Silver foil

How to Order
- Select your bag and choose your size/color.
- Click "Add Monogram" and enter your initials or name (up to 3 characters).
- Choose your preferred font and placement.
- Add to cart — your customization details will appear in the order summary.
Turnaround Time
Personalized orders require an additional 3–5 business days for stamping and finishing before shipment. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order has been personalized and is on its way.
Rush personalization may be available for select orders — reach out before ordering if you have a tight deadline.
Caring for Your Personalized Leather
- Condition the leather every 3–6 months with a natural leather balm to keep the stamp area supple.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can fade foil finishes over time.
- Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth — never submerge in water.
- The deboss impression will naturally deepen as the leather develops a patina — this is a feature, not a flaw.

Can I change or cancel my monogram after ordering?
Because personalization begins within 24 hours of order placement, changes or cancellations must be requested immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Are personalized items returnable?
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the leather or a stamping error on our part. We photograph every completed monogram before shipment for quality assurance.
What if I'm unsure about placement or font?
Our team is happy to advise. Add a note at checkout or message us — we can share examples of each font on different leather colors before we stamp.
Do you ship personalized orders internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders may require additional transit time. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
